Return Process

  Log into your Viwoods account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
